ABOUT OUR HOTEL
The Doubletree by Hilton Denver Tech Center is a full-service hotel with 305 rooms, two pools, a fitness center, restaurant & bar and 24 hour room service. Located in the thriving corporate parks of the DTC, our hotel is consistently ranked top 10% in customer service amongst the Doubletree brands nationwide and we are currently celebrating several outstanding service awards.

Our Guest Service Team is looking for upbeat and friendly Front Desk Agents (2) positions available (choice of full or part-time)

You will provide warm and genuine service to our guests from check-in to check-out. Qualified candidates will possess ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Demonstrated problem solving skills are required. Must have knowledge of downtown and DTC area dining, shopping and driving directions. Minimum one year guest service experience in a hotel environment is required, Hilton brand preferred. Experience with windows-based hotel management systems (such as OnQ) and general computer skills are required. Must be able to provide a clean driving record in order to drive shuttle van as needed. Shifts may vary (3-11pm or 7am-3pm).
