part time/full time breakfast cook and part time PM dish washer (littleton)

AM Line Cooks:
Cafe TerraCotta located in downtown Littleton is hiring breakfast line cooks. We are located at 5649 S. Curtice Street a 5 minute walk from the Downtown Littleton light rail station.
We are looking for cooks with:
-A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience (egg station experience is preffered)
-Must be proficient in English (bi-lingual is a plus)
-Be able to multitask and work quickly in a very fast paced kitchen
-Work cleanly and proficiently and follow safe food handling procedures (ServSafe Certification a plus)
-Full AM shift availability (6:45am-3:15pm), WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED
-We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, coach ability and someone who is more than happy to meet the needs of our guests and work as a team with FOH staff.
-This position is part time with the possibility of becoming a full time position.

PM DISH WASHER PART TIME:
Must be able to load and unload a dish-washing machine. Certain pots, pans, utensils and silverware must be loaded correctly, which helps the machine operate efficiently and effectively.
Required to take out the trash and make sure it is secure inside of Dumpsters. Garbage cans should be supplied with new garbage bags. Sweep floors, mop and make sure the dish-washing area is neat, organized and clean. All food areas should be wiped down and sanitized

Make sure all of the food-safety requirements are observed and followed. At times, dishwashers are called on to assist the cook with certain procedures and techniques regarding food preparation and service. Provide service and attention to the back storage areas, as well as the coolers and freezers.
Be in good physical condition that allows you to bend, kneel or stoop, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
