Beauty Concierge - Pinpoint Connections/Target -

We are seeking Beauty Advisors with experience in retail to be the onsite Beauty Concierge within Target's beauty aisles, representing multiple product lines within cosmetics, skin care and hair care, and personal care categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Provide friendly, informed beauty advice within the beauty aisles
• Work a set schedule of Wednesday-Sunday, or Friday-Tuesday including weekends. 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm during the week and 11:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends (Hours subject to change)
• Ability to share your beauty knowledge verbally without performing demonstrations or applying products to shoppers; this is not a position in which you will apply product to customers
• Comfortable with selling products across multiple product lines (this is not a commission position)
• Willing to proactively approach and engage customers that are browsing the beauty aisles
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Candidates must have a strong beauty knowledge and possess a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in retail sales
• Cosmetics, skin care, or hair care product sales experience preferred; fashion retail will be considered 
• Applicants must be highly organized, dependable and stylish

COMPENSATION
• $14.50 per hour with growth opportunities
