Optum is looking to fill the Customer Service Associate positions. HR Representatives will be onsite conducting interviews and speaking to job seekers about this opportunity.

Customer Service Associate - Connecting Colorado job # 6179295, Full time and Temporary, $12.00 per hour. Performs inbound calls, resolves member and provider issues, utilize various computer systems to find provider , member and plan information and update, process, or perform other necessary actions within systems to fulfill customer request.

Requirements - Must attend and be on time for full duration of training, minimum age 18
