The U Prep Receptionist is entrusted with advancing the
mission of the school through supporting essential administrative functions of
the school. The Receptionist must communicate effectively with scholars,
teachers, families, and school visitors. The Receptionist reports directly to
the Dean of Operations.

University Prep
Position: Scholar Advancement Paraprofessional
Scholar Advancement Paraprofessionals are entrusted with
advancing the mission of the school through providing one-on-one support to
scholars with moderate to severe needs in the regular general education
classroom. Specifically, Scholar
Advancement Paraprofessionals will support between three and five scholars with
severe needs by helping them work through regular or modified grade-level
curricula in the regular education classroom.
Paraprofessionals will work closely with the Scholar Advancement and
grade level teams, gain hands-on experience working one-on-one with scholars,
participate in school-wide professional development, and receive frequent
feedback and coaching. Scholar
Advancement Paraprofessionals are supported and held accountable by the Scholar
Advancement Teachers, Director of Scholar Advancement and the Head of School.
