Can you stand the heat...? Then get into our kitchen! Our Cooks prepare stand-out selections from our delicious laneside menu, following the specs from our menu manual so that we're able to keep quality high and our costs low. As one of our Cooks, you'll be instrumental in receiving food and supply orders, complying with health department regulations (for food handling, sanitation, and food rotation), and following local and Brunswick Zone's safety guidelines related to the cleanliness and organization of our cooking and serving areas. Occasionally you may also need to prepare special meals for catered events. Ready to spread your wings... and fry? 

Cashier
Our F&B Attendants are committed to world-class service--taking menu orders and delivering our delicious food and beverage items pleasantly and efficiently to our guests. As an F&B attendant, you'll be responsible for ringing orders at the F&B Counter, accepting payment from and making change for our guests, and responsibly selling/serving alcohol to guests of legal drinking age--all in a way that is personal, professional, and pleasant.
