Baking Assistant - Cake Crumbs Bakery and Cafe - Park Hill

Cake Crumbs is looking for a dedicated culinary professional to fill a position as open baker/assistant to baking & pastry. This is a part time position of 20-25 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday. Our open bake shift starts at 4am and the shift will run until 9am -10am. Our ideal candidate will take on the responsibility of baking for our pastry case, assisting our cake baker with cake baking and frosting production, assisting our pastry chef with pastry production and assisting with other kitchen line prep including bread baking and pie dough production. You should be able to start working in mid May. We love friendly, outgoing, reliable, responsible people with a good attitude and flexibility.

Cake Crumbs is a locally owned bakery in the heart of the Park Hill neighborhood. We specialize in custom cakes but also serve a variety of pastries, coffee and breakfast and lunch menu items. We serve as a community gathering space for our neighbors. Many customers are known on a first name basis and come to visit us daily. We have a great vibe and one that generates loyalty with our customer base. Our friendly and inviting staff are part of that great work environment!
