Our New Waved-inspired dishes resonate through to our wine selections that span the globe, complemented by an exciting, curated collection of craft beers. "The action of mixing has to have a reason," is the mantra behind our contemporary, seasonal cocktails built on a foundation of freshly-squeezed juice and house-made syrups.

Our Line Cooks work in a scratch kitchen and prepare dishes with high end products to provide our Guests a great dining experience. We are looking for candidates who have open availability and want to learn more about their craft and excel in the kitchen. Culinary school students and graduates are encouraged to apply
