The Denver Bread Company is offering a paid apprenticeship for the entry level bread bakers position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about bread and baking to receive thorough training in every aspect of artisan bread work. This position will also include assisting in some administrative tasks at the bakery. The ability to work "baker's hours", holidays, weekends, and dedication to the craft is a must.
