Colorado Resource (CORE) Partners integrates training and community resource partners for comprehensive construction workforce readiness and career success. CORE presents the employment platform WORKNOW. Families living in Denver metro neighborhoods impacted by regional infrastructure construction projects can get involved in building more for the neighborhood through WORKNOW.
WORKNOW connects members to job training, coaching, and placement assistance, as well as family support services like childcare, transportation, or the purchase of construction tools.
CORE/WORKNOW supports community-centered hiring on infrastructure projects to improve access for all local residents to expand the pipeline of workers for area contractors. The employment platform serves regional infrastructure projects such as the Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) Central 70 development and the forthcoming National Western Center.
