Baristas - Steep Tea and Coffee - Denver

Steep Tea & Coffee at 8th and Colorado is a tea and coffee cafe with a focus on re-imagined and reinvented tea based beverages. We are now accepting applications for our hourly Full/Part Time Barista positions.

The ideal Barista - 
- will be friendly, outgoing, emotionally intelligent, have positive attitude and be able to work in a high-energy environment. 
- will posses strong communication skills and intuitive problem solving skills
- will have the ability to quickly learn and achieve organization while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changes as we evolve 
- will posses an inherent understanding of the importance of consistency and an attention to detail.
