Specific Bonus Structure for Regular FT and PT (Non-CSM-Student) Employees:
*Anyone
hired in July 2016 and is scheduled to start work in August will receive $200
(>1 month)
*Shift
differential for all regular FT and PT employees (excludes supervisors, catering
and student employees): -Nights: 50% of the shift must be after 7:00 p.m. The
entire shift will receive a $1.50/hour differential-Weekend incentive
$1.50/hour differential.
*All
returning regular employees from fall semester to spring semester and work
through the end of spring semester will receive -$50 after the spring semester
ends, those who work through the end of the fall semester will receive $50
after the fall semester ends (or) -$100 after the fall semester ends. *Employee referral: receive $75 *All regular employees will receive a credit
of $40 for slip resistant shoes. *Transportation Incentive: Paid parking for
the commuter parking lot=$105/year (OR)
-$50 credit towards a monthly bus pass.
