Olive and Finch - Hiring Fair Dec. 19th - Cherry Creek

Olive & Finch, an award winning fast casual concept is expanding. We're currently hiring for all positions for our new Cherry Creek location opening in January 2017. We specialize in "scratch made, chef-driven food"! 

We are looking for career-minded individuals with BIG personalities!

The hiring fair is at our Uptown location at 1552 East 17th Avenue between Franklin & Humboldt on 17th Avenue.


CASHIER - We need SUPER FRIENDLY here! Prior experience is preferred, but a super attitude and outgoing personality could win it over for us too! 

BARISTA - This person will also be cross-trained at the Cashier station as well, so a great personality is a must! Prior barista experience in a high volume environment preferred, but any barista experience will be considered.

LINE COOK - This position requires cleanliness, organization and efficiency while working hard, so prior experience in a kitchen is a must.

PASTRY COOK - This person must love baking, works clean, is organized and efficient. Minimum 1 year experience working as a baker and/or as a pastry cook. Ability to follow recipes and detailed prep procedures required. 

BREAKFAST COOKS - Experience preparing eggs to order is essential. Our breakfast cooks rise early in the morning to make our fantastic food! We are looking for outgoing team members who enjoy early mornings and love being busy, prior experience in a kitchen is a must!

EXPEDITOR/FOOD RUNNER: This position requires cleanliness, organization and efficiency while working hard, so prior experience as an expeditor, line cook or as a server is a must.

CATERING SPECIALIST AND DRIVER - This individual is responsible for in-house catering orders, including delivery. This individual MUST have a vehicle with a valid driver license and current insurance. Must be extremely organized, have great attention to detail and present themselves in a professional manner. Prior food and catering experience required.

LEAD LINE COOK - This person will be cross-trained at all of our BOH stations, so previous cooking experience REQUIRED! This position requires cleanliness, organization and efficiency while working hard, so prior experience in a high volume kitchen is a must. . Prior experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or fast casual restaurant preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule required.

SHIFT SUPERVISORS - Prior experience in a leadership role in a restaurant REQUIRED. Fast-Casual restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule required.

PREP/DISHWASHERS - This position requires cleanliness, organization and efficiency while working hard, so prior experience as a prep cook or dishwasher is preferred.
