We are looking for dedicated Staff who can be part of a busy and exciting new "BetterBurger" restaurant in Glendale, Colorado. Please check out our company website at http://www.bigsmokeburger.com

We are seeking grill cooks, sandwich cooks, fry cooks, cashiers, and persons who enjoy guest contact. If the summary profile below feels right to you, please respond, and we can commence the interview process.

These are all hourly positions. There will be advancement opportunities. The start date is June 24, 2013. The restaurant is currently under construction with 50 seats in the dining room and a 24 seat patio.


SUMMARY PROFILE
We are looking for dedicated staff who:

1. Must be able to work closely with the Managers and owners to create the BEST Burger restaurant in Denver!!
2. Have an understanding of the difference between REAL hospitality and customer service.
3. Truly like people and can be comfortable meeting new faces daily.
4. Have a clear understanding that what makes a restaurant successful is to be the best in Food, Service and Atmosphere. . .if the guest experience is less-than-perfect, the guest will not return.
5. Is a team player. We are not big fans of the typical restaurant caste system. We treat everyone equally, and only distinguish based upon merit.
6. Can take directions and criticism. We have established systems which need strong adults to take control.
7. Have high energy and can keep up with owners who are really nice and are committed to the success of the business, and will see through any BS really quickly. We treat our staff as adults, and expect them to act like adults as well.
8. Have at least 1 years of guest service experience. Sanitation/TIPS certifications are a PLUS.
9. Can work a flexible schedule in a busy restaurant. Lunch, weekends and Holidays, and mid-week shifts are mandatory.
10. Understand that there is nothing in our restaurant that's "not my job." WE work as a team to offer a great environment.
10. Have no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
11. Can work under pressure - this is a fast paced business.
12. Are excited about growing with a great concept. Multiple units are planned.
