We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for talented and hard-working people to join our Restaurant Team.
Our Restaurant Team is made up of Cashiers, Salad Makers, Line Cooks, Pizza Makers, Dishwashers and Prep Cooks.
What you'll do:
•Assemble and prepare food/ menu items according to Modern Market standards
•Learn recipe builds and dressing flavor profiles to make appropriate recommendations to guests
•Greet guests and provide exceptional guest experience
•Keep a clean and safe working environment adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
•Make sure your station is stocked, clean and organized
•Learn new menu items as they are added
What you need:
•Ability to understand customer requests as well as the ability to respond with appropriate actions
•Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
•Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout the shift
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during shift
•Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not a must

About Modern Market:
We serve real food, which means using whole ingredients (things like whole grain flour, raw vegetables, fruits, legumes.... You get the idea!). We also incorporate real butter {GASP!} and quality meats and cheeses in to our recipes. And we prepare it all the way it was done hundreds of years ago - raw, grilled or cooked in a stone hearth oven. We avoid things like preservatives and artificial sweeteners and keep our ingredient lists short and sweet. We make things from scratch, which is a total pain, but it makes our food taste better.
