We have multiple logistics team member positions available including:

-Early Morning Unload/Stocking
-Early Morning Backroom 
-Dayside Backroom
-Early Morning Fulfillment TM
-Dayside Fulfillment TM 

Minimum Requirements:
•Cheerful and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
•Able to lift 40 lbs repetitively and assist with heavy merchandise Must be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
•Able to think quickly on the spot to resolve guest questions
•Able to work independently
•Able to enter information on computers and PDA keyboards
•Able to scan and handle all merchandise
•Able to accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
•Able to climb and descend ladders
•Able to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks on selling floor
•Able to move merchandise safely with appropriate equipment (e.g., tubs, carts and flats) between the stockroom and sales floor

Job Descriptions:

-Just in Time Fulfillment TM- As a Just In Time Fulfillment Team Member, you are responsible for providing a great experience to guests for Target.com orders. Your role is responsible for fulfilling our online guests' orders by packing and shipping items quickly and appropriately.
-Logistics Flow TM (Truck Unload)- As a Logistics Flow Team Member, you are responsible for unloading, moving and stocking freight which can range from a wide variety of items across all departments in a Target store. This job is fast-paced and physical in nature.
-Backroom TM- As a Logistics Backroom Team Member, you are responsible for accurately backstocking and pulling items from the backroom or salesfloor to fulfill a guest's request. You play a role in ensuring data integrity in the stockroom by strictly following proper backstocking and pulling procedures.
