Overview:
Age:18-24 year olds
Background: Young adults not finding success in school or work, especially those disconnected from school and/or work
Preference: NE Denver residents will receive preference in employment decisions but all are welcome to apply; Must be able to walk or arrange transportation to our shop location
Eligibility: No proof of income, address or eligibility requirements needed to apply; Only proof of age
Location of shop: 40th & Colorado Blvd (3801 E 40th Ave)
Timing: 4-day Pre-Apprenticeship Training Jun 20-21 and June 25-26. Attendance at Training is required for employment ($100 stipend available)
Info Session: June 19 @ 2 PM
Positions: 1-year Apprentice positions available (starting PT with potential for growth to FT)
Wage: $8.50+Tips (anticipating average $12/hour or more)
