ERC Management, a franchisee of Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is always looking for talented leaders to join our team and help grow our business and make a positive impact on our guests. ERC Management currently owns and operates 11 Freddy's in Colorado, 3 in Florida and 2 in Alabama and is excited to be a part of a concept that provides fresh food and overwhelming guest service. We are currently looking for Managers in the Denver Metro area.


Job Description

Summary of Position

The Assistant Managers is responsible for the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant and ensure Freddy's standard of quality, timeliness, and service. They control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and are a model of hospitality. Assistant Managers are responsible for training, refinement of staff and team building through employee motivation and personnel recruitment. Assistant Managers coordinate staff scheduling and product ordering with sales volume. Managers have an ultimate objective of profitability and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Trains and practices Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
•Review and writes all FOH/BOH schedules 
•Analyze Sales and Labor data of Restaurant
•Manage opening/closing shifts in a timely manner
•Ensures Operational Checklists are completed daily
•Ensures all Administrative paperwork is completed and forward to appropriate departments in a timely manner
•Observes, coaches, and develops staff
•Handles disciplinary action with team and provides proper documentation
•Always demonstrates Hospitality to the fullest and empowers staff to always practice


Qualifications

Physical Requirements

•Ability to stand/walk 10 hours/day
•Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
•Ability to lift items up to 75 lbs.
•Hazards include, but not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns
