Concierge - Country Club Towers (denver metro)


 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

-Dress and act professionally at all times -- point of first impression

-Greet guests

-Answer telephones, screen and direct calls

-Notify residents when their packages have arrived

-Take and relay messages in a timely manner

-Maintain lobby in clean and presentable condition

-Receive and sort mail, maintain mail distribution list

-Type and renew resident leases

-Maintain internal phone directory and make laminated copies each quarter

-Upon approval, issue and distribute building/elevator access fobs

-Coordinate parking issues with property management, Central Parking

-Call to request taxis for guests as needed

-Handle lost-and-found items

-Go above and beyond for any resident

-Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Customer Service industry preferred
-Pleasing and outgoing personality preferred
-Must be dependable and on time every day
-Must be flexible and work well with team
-Must have good judgment and common sense
-Must be willing to take on additional responsibility as needed
-Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Yardi knowledge preferred

REFERENCES - Must have at least three written references, from any or all of the following:

-Previous employer(s)
-College counselor or professor
-Friend or coworker
