FT Cook, FT Dishwasher (Englewood Colorado)

 

Caley Ridge Assisted Living is looking to hire a Full Time Cook and Full Time Dishwasher.

COOK-
Insure that all foods are prepared to satisfaction of residents and in accordance with safe food handling practices.
Maintains food temperatures during storage, production and serving according to required food safety standards.
Circulates in the dining room to ascertain resident preferences and satisfaction with meals.
Support the Food Service Director with planning, directing, controlling, communicating and coaching in the dining service department.
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, strong personnel skills and positive community relations skills to be successful. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Pay to be determined- depends one experience
Weekends are required

DISHWASHER-
Performs assigned side work that may include but is not limited to: doing the dishes, re-setting the dining room, cleaning and restocking the galley, cleaning chairs or table bases, vacuuming the floor, folding napkins, dishing salads and dressings, preparing snacks etc.
Physical Requirements-Sitting, walking, bending, data entry, reading, written and verbal communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Standing for prolonged periods of time while serving food.
Must be able to Speak, write and read English.
Weekends are required
