Branch/location of position: Schlessman Family YMCA (University Hills)
Hours/Day Schedule: Weekends (Looking for employees able to work Summer through Winter seasons)
Pay Range: $9.13/hr

Specific Requirements: The Youth Sports Official is primarily responsible for officiating sports activities. The official maintains order in the gymnasium/field and enforces the rules and philosophies of the YMCA, while maintaining a safe and healthy playing environment at all times.
Basic knowledge of the sport is needed. Prior officiating experience wanted but not required. Must have own transportation to site. Need to have the ability to handle conflict and good communication skills. Staff will be expected to maintain a courteous, friendly, positive and helpful attitude towards all participants, coaches and parents.
