General Function:
The Zumba Instructor working as part of the Health and Wellness Team, will deliver professional customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA while teaching a high energy class. The incumbent will also exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all aspects of their work with the YMCA.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
1. YMCA Principles of Health and Fitness within 90 days of hire
2. Current Zumba Certification
3. CPR/AED and First Aid
4. Day time availability preferred
5. Experience instructing children preferred
