are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy individual for our
front-office administrative assistant position. We hope to find an individual
who will be a great addition to our team and is looking to grow with the
company. We are an Aerospace contract manufacturer located in the Denver Tech
Center, in business for over 23 years. Job Purpose: Perform front-office,
day-to-day functions as well as assist management in any task they may have.
Job Duties: *Answer and make phone calls *Send emails and faxes *Print labels
*Create packing slips *Create shipments with UPS, Fedex, and local shipping
companies *Aid management in any tasks they may have *Purchasing Skills/Qualifications:
*Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is very
important! *Experience with QuickBooks required. *Experience with purchasing in
a manufacturing environment is a plus. *Detail-oriented, great attention to detail!
*Quick learner *Great verbal and written communication skills *Good working
knowledge of computer systems *Ability to learn new software programs *Ability
to prioritize and multi-task *Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
