Old Major - PT Host / Hostess (LoHi)

 

Old Major is a fine dining restaurant in the Lower Highlands neighborhood, specializing in farmhouse cuisine. We were recognized by Eater Denver as 2013 Restaurant of the Year, and were featured by Bon Appétit and Thrillist as one of the best new restaurants in America.
We are looking for a part-time Host or Hostess to join our family. An ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- At least two years of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining environments
- Knowledge & experience with reservation software
- Knowledge of local and seasonal products, and passion for learning more
- A sharp sense of professionalism and calm demeanor at all times
- Comfort with delivering food to guests, accurately describing dishes, and answering general menu questions
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and reliable character
