Full-Time PM Dishwasher Needed for Busy Catering Company (Denver, CO)

 Dishwasher maintains a clean and organized kitchen, including all physical areas where dishes and cleaning are required, in compliance with all company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To ensure overall cleanliness in the entire kitchen, outside loading dock and front of building
responsibilities, trash, bathrooms, clean dishwasher every shift etc during his/her shift

* Report to kitchen supervisor any product needed to maintain the stock of cleaning supplies

* To maintain and clean all assigned equipment

* Follow cleaning standards

* Return all dishes to appropriate storage place

* Uses all equipment in accordance to all safety standards

* Must be able to lift up 50 lbs. or more

* Must be flexible to work late evenings, as scheduled (closing time varies)

* Performs other duties as assigned, organizing shelves and storage areas

* Strong work history and good references required

* Must be able to read and follow directions in English

* Good communication skills

* Strong willingness to work as a team

* Professional appearance and behavior

* Must practice dependable, regular attendance

* Must be able to pass a criminal background check

* Must fill out an application, provide references, and show good work history

Qualifications:

Previous dishwashing experience is preferred. Must have the ability to understand directives for all cleaning chemicals and machinery.

Education and/or Experience:

*Either a high school graduate or GED certification is needed.

*Experience with detergents and dishwashing methods are preferable.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general dishwashing and cleaning procedures
