Beauty Advisors - Target - Sheridan

We are seeking Beauty Advisors with experience in retail sales who are motivated to drive sales and have a passion for beauty to be the onsite Beauty Concierge within Target's beauty aisles. This is an interactive sales position. As a Beauty Concierge you are responsible for creating meaningful sales interactions with customers, educating and consulting consumers on beauty items across hair care, skincare and cosmetics.

You will be part of a growing movement that is changing the face of beauty in retail. All Beauty Concierges are offered competitive wages, continued beauty and sales education and other exciting perks throughout the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Work a set schedule that includes weekdays, all weekends and select holidays
• Educate customers about beauty in a sales environment. Beauty Concierges do not apply product, they educate verbally and make recommendations
• Serve as makeup, skin care and hair care expert in the aisles
• Recommend and sell products to customers across multiple lines
• Proactively approach and engage customers within the beauty aisles
• Provide friendly, informed beauty advice
• Work on your feet for long hours
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are vital to success in this position
• Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently within an assigned location
• Candidate must be outgoing, positive and highly conversable

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required - Licensed beauty professionals are preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience required
• Candidates must have a strong passion and background in beauty
• Cosmetics, skin care, or hair care product sales experience preferred; fashion retail will be considered
• High standards of personal appearance
• Impeccable work ethic
• High level of personal accountability
• Applicants must be highly organized, tech savvy, dependable and stylish
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Aptitude and competency for selling and superior guest service

COMPENSATION:
• $14.50 per hour with growth opportunities
