TNT Construction - October Training Dates

We are pleased to announce that training costs per participant for the Forklift Certification ($100), and Flagger Certification ($75) will remain the same for 2015! We are proud to report that we have not raised our costs to the general public, employers, or agencies we work with in our 13 years providing training to the metro-area.

PLEASE NOTE:  TWO FORKLIFT TRAINING'S THIS MONTH! One offered on a weekday and one on a Saturday...striving to meet your training needs and requests!

Training dates for October 2015 (ALL 3 "OPEN TO THE PUBLIC" TRAINING'S IN SAME LOCATION THIS MONTH) are as follows:

FORKLIFT:
***Friday October 23rd, 2015 (1-day format) beginning at 9am:  Forklift Safety and Operation Certification Training.
NOTE: Weekday Forklift Training will be held at: Northeast Church:  5490 Crown Blvd, Denver CO 80239.

***Saturday  October 24th, 2015 (1-day format) beginning at 9am:  Forklift Safety and Operation Certification Training.
NOTE: This Forklift Training will be held at:  Northeast Church:  5490 Crown Blvd, Denver CO 80239.

Participants are required to attend part 1 & part 2 of the 1 day training in order to receive certification.  An OSHA Compliant Trainer conducts the training. Certification cards are valid for two calendar years. Participants 18 and over are eligible. A driver's license is not required to attend the training (but may be required by an employer.

FLAGGER:
***Saturday October 31st, 2015 (9am - 1pm):  Flagger (Certified Traffic Control Specialist). Now is the time to obtain the Flagger Certification.  Street repair, and highway construction projects will continue now that Fall has arrived.
NOTE:  "Flagger" training will be held at: Northeast Church of Christ:  5490 Crown Blvd, Denver CO  80239.

Additional CDOT Flagger info: IF THE ABOVE FLAGGER TRAINING DATE DOES NOT WORK WE WILL ALSO TAKE INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS, BY APPOINTMENT, THIS MONTH FOR THE FLAGGER TRAINING (Cash or money order appointments only). Call 720-334-6424 to schedule or for more info.

Successful participants will receive their certification upon completion. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.  It is a necessary requirement that all flaggers be able to read and understand the “Flaggers Training Manual”, “Flaggers Reference Guide”, and the Flaggers Proficiency Exam in order to complete CDOT’s minimum training requirements and become a certified flagger.  The proficiency exam is closed book and a score of 80% is required for passing.  All materials will be provided by T-N-T Construction Training and the participants will be allowed to keep the “Flaggers Reference Guide”.

The flagger certification card is valid for two years from the date issued.  Lost or expired cards can only be replaced by re-examination.

The participant must present a photograph identification document issued by a governmental authority, i.e. driver’s license, state issued identification card, passport or military identification card.

The cost of this certification training is $75.00 per participant.  Authorization for participation must be received prior to a participant attending training.  Authorizations for a participant's attendance can be faxed to 303-307-1723.  Participants can pay for their own training with cash or money order due on the day of training.

Participants will also be given a current list of employers hiring certified flaggers.  Starting wages for flaggers can range between $10-15 based on experience, the location of the job, and the company.  For more information or to refer a client contact:
