RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be asked to:
• Build customer confidence of customers by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring. With a variety of carriers every customer gets qualified for at least one of them.
• Cellphones Repair, FLASHING Exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain the visual appeal of your store and assist in building the new carriers we just added
• Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving cellphone industry.
• Develop positive customer relationships and follow up post sale to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in loss prevention through awareness, attention to detail, and integrity.
Work independently and motivated

Qualifications

• Previous wireless retail or customer service-oriented experience
• Stellar problem-solving skills
• Ability to listen carefully and actively
• Interpersonal and communication skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with our products, features, plans, and services.
Bilingual
Flashing Experience and repair experience
Trustworthy and proven record in wireless industry
