Head Lifeguard – Aurora (City Wide)

Part Time/ Seasonal
Branch/Location:  several area pools
Hours/Day Schedule: Varies, 40hr/wk
Pay Range: $9.25 to $11.00 per hour depending on experience
Specific Requirements: The Head Lifeguard will be responsible for assisting the Aquatic Director with daily operations of the aquatic department along with guarding the pool and assuring a safe and clean aquatic environment for members and guests.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
1. 18 years of age or older
2. CPR-PR/AED, Oxygen Administration, and Standard First Aid or ability to obtain before hire.
3. American Red Cross/YMCA Lifeguard certification or ability to obtain before hire.
4. High customer relation skills
5. Must be able to pass a swim skills test and written test.
