Assistant Manager: This position has full responsibility for the operation of a unit in the Restaurant Manager's absence. Duties include supervising workstation operations and providing significant contributions to the development and implementation of tactics for creating guest satisfaction, sales and profits. This position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a criminal background check and availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. This position is bonus eligible. Bonuses are paid on a monthly and quarterly basis.
