Description:
Provides technical support to residents under limited supervision. Providing a
wide range of services including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing,
maintaining, troubleshooting of PC hardware, operating systems, software
applications, peripherals, and phones for the resident. Responsible for
providing support, training, software upgrades, and telephone support. Performs
a variety of tasks and requires good communication skills with the ability to
explain (if needed) to the resident what is wrong and how problems can be
prevented. Stellar client service which includes the ability to convert
technical jargon into a language our residents can understand.
