The #1 National Franchised Sandwich Restaurant seeks Store Managers and Sandwich Artists in Denver

1) - Store Managers:
Minimum Requirements:
• Restaurant management experience.
• Working knowledge of food and labor cost controls.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Responsibly for all aspects of store operations including but not limited to the following:
a. Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and releasing employees.
b. Achieving and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly store goals including low food and labor costs.
c. Maximize store sales.
d. Ensuring excellent customer service and service speeds.
e. Manage weekly inventory and deliveries.
f. Daily paperwork and daily deposits/change orders to bank.
g. Marketing and Promotional window changes.
h. Ensure all store operational hours are met.
i. Maintaining store organization and cleanliness while following Corporates strict standard for food safety.
j. Handle operational issues as they occur, keeping in mind the best interest of the franchisee and company.
k. Marketing -- Lead various store promotional campaigns as identified.


2) - Sandwich Artists:
A Sandwich Artist greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
a. Prepare food neatly, accurately and in a timely way
b. Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with guests.
c. Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift.
d. Greets guests and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill and collects payment from guests.
e. Ensuring excellent customer service and service speeds.
f. Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual.
g. Accounts for all forms of money, bread, etc. during the shift.
h. Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food and cleaning up.
i. Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
j. Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
