Alfresco Greens Salads and Wraps - Food Prep and Customer Service (Tivoli Student Union at Auraria Campus)

Alfresco Greens is a self serve salad bar and wrap concept located at Auraria Campus. We are looking for several part time employees able to work lunch and/or dinner hours Monday through Thursday 10 - 3 or 4 - 9. We seek individuals who are familiar with food prep in and proper food handling in a commercial restaurant environment. Relevant work experience of this type IS REQUIRED and you must be able to consistently follow directions exactly as they are given by the ownership and Management. Excellent customer service skills are required to be part of our team. You must be outgoing and unafraid to speak to our customers, explain the concept and suggestive sell. This is a core requirement for all positions with the company. As with any restaurant position, do not apply if you don't like to clean and keep a spotless work environment. Our location is small and it must be spotless at all times!
