Golf Club Hiring Gate/Welcome Desk Attendant (Aurora)


Heritage Eagle Bend is currently hiring a part time Gatehouse/Welcome Desk Attendant

Functions: A Gatehouse Attendant, Guest Service Representative who provides quality Customer Service to everyone at Heritage Eagle Bend, with a positive attitude, and flexible working schedule.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Acknowledge and Greet -- verbally, in a friendly and positive manner, acknowledge and greet all internal and external parties who enter the Gatehouse, whilst maintaining eye contact.
Standing Ready to Assist -- Each Gatehouse Associate must stand, and be alert ready to assist when an internal or external guest approaches the Gatehouse.
Customer Service -- provide a high level of Customer Service to all residents and guests.
Telephone -- answer the telephone with a smile, in a polite and courteous manner within three rings, utilizing the script provided.
Multi-tasking -- The ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure, while maintaining composure and a neat, organized work area.
Assist -- every person at the Gatehouse in a professional, polite manner, giving each individual your full attention, while also being aware of others approaching the Gatehouse, in preparation to multi-task in a variety of situations.
Appearance of the Gatehouse -- The Gatehouse must portray a clean, and organized
work area. During each Gatehouse shift, the windows must be cleaned, the telephone and general work surfaces also.
Gatehouse Access Control -- Accurately record the name, destination, the car license plate number, and e-mail address of each person who stops at the Gatehouse.
Clubhouse Access Control -- Open and Close the Clubhouse, where necessary, ensuring that the building is secure.
Community Gates -- Inspect all of the Clubhouse and Community Gate Locations, while maintaining a reporting procedure to the Resident Services Director and Chief Engineer, for faulty gates. All Gatehouse Associates will be trained in gate maintenance procedures.
In the case that the gates are not operating correct, they will be locked open for access.
Dress Code -- A clean and tidy impression must be portrayed in the assigned uniform, a plain white t shirt can be worn under the Heritage Eagle Bend logo shirt. A name badge must be worn at all times, while on duty.
Duties -- May perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years Guest Service Experience Essential.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; may be required to work nights
weekends, holidays.
