Open interviews will be held at our Lakewood location on (Sept. 20) Friday at 2PM - 5PM, (Sept. 21) Saturday at 2PM-5PM.
Waitstaff Requirements:
1. Previous server experience is a preferred
2. Be responsible, dependable and honest
3. Have reliable transportation
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Willing to clean during down time (including but not limited to: dishwashing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, windows & sweeping, etc)
6. Previous experience with POS system
7. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in fast paced and stressful environment
8. Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
9. Maintain a professional & neat appearance
10. Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Food Prep Requirements:
1. Previous Food Prep experience is a MUST
2. Reliable transportation
3. Knowledge of cutting vegetables & ability to cut in a timely manner
4. Must be able to follow recipes: measure ingredients, cut vegetables, etc
5. Have the following know how:
a. Able to wrap, date, and rotate food items
b. Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
c. Ensure proper storage of food items
6. Willing to clean during down time (including but not limited to: dishwashing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, windows & sweeping, etc)
