Overnight Concierge (Seasons of Cherry Creek)

If you're ready to put your customer service skills and knowledge of local events and venues to work, then you may be a great fit as a Concierge with RedPeak. In this important role, you'll often serve as the first point of contact for our residents, guests and prospects. You'll also work closely with our customers to provide first-class customer service at our upscale communities and help to manage our resident retention programs.

Essential Responsibilities
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
o Greet and determine the needs of all who enter the lobby, opening doors when appropriate
o Arrange transportation, accept package, assist with luggage, provide directions, arrange dry cleaning and other service pick-ups and deliveries and prevent solicitors
o Grant building access to authorized residents, vendors, and guests
o Maintain controlled access of building by monitoring access
o Answer concierge calls
o Offer suggestions, directions, and reservations to all community residents
o Schedule all concierge services (housekeeping, guest suites, media gallery, etc)
• Keep current with training on Yardi Voyager, Concierge Assistant and all other necessary software programs
• Write and distribute weekly and monthly newsletters noting community and local events
• Help to drive occupancy and retention
o Contact residents concerning their lease renewal 30, 60, and 90 days prior to expiration
o Organize, promote, and host resident events regularly (at least 30 days in advance) to promote sense of community
o Schedule resident service requests
o Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up
• Actively participate and attend concierge association events

• Able to multitask
• Good understanding of local events and venues
• Computer proficiency

Physical Requirements
• Physical requirements are minimal
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for package deliveries.

Minimum Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Desired Education
• Bachelor's Degree

Desired Work Experience
• 3+ years hospitality or customer service experience
• Experience in property management
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager and Concierge Assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mail and Internet platforms
