We are currently seeking A.M. line cooks and P.M. prep cooks. With all types of hours available, we try to find a fit for any employee we feel is worth our time.
Very important that you are self-starting and self-motivating; ready to work at full speed regardless of the pace of business. Breakfast and/or baking experience is great, but not required. It is more important that you are hard working, focused, and willing to follow example.
Our pay is kept competitive, therefore is based on numerous aspects of your work such as experience, enthusiasm, speed, perfection of product, attitude, etc. After the initial interview, those called back will be asked to work a 2-3 hour "stage" shift. The initial interview and this working interview is all the time you have to convince me of what you're worth. With 2 brick & mortar locations as well as a food truck (and always more in the works) there is plenty of room to grow with our company.
We are a family run, locally owned restaurant looking for serious team members. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile (come in on days off, stay late at the drop of a dime, etc.). With the Biscuit Bus running, we also have random evening events and prep shifts, so be ready for anything!
