• Back Captains
Primary duties include the organization and execution of off premise events according to standards set by the front captain and chef. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, willing to take direction, and professional. This position occasionally assists in the main kitchen but primarily works offsite. All of our food is prepared on site using portable equipment so an extensive knowledge of different techniques and kitchen equipment is required.
Job Requirements:
*Reliable transportation. Captains and Back Captains MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
*Professional appearance. No visible tattoos. Piercings must be removable.
*Experience in offsite catering a plus.
*Friendly personality and a helpful attitude.
*Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights and weekends.
*Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
