Sometimes, a foot in the door is all you need. And that is
exactly what Janus Henderson’s Trainee Program provides.
The Trainee Program is designed to create more opportunities
in the investment management industry for young people from different backgrounds.
Rather than assessing academic qualifications, candidates are recruited based
on their drive to succeed and desire to learn.
The year-long program is open to high school leavers, recent
college graduates and those looking for a career change. For Trainees who
excel, the program can lead to a permanent role within Janus Henderson
Investors.
What You’ll Do
Work side-by-side with Janus Henderson’s brightest
professionals as you learn about our products, clients and processes. Hands-on
experience will be provided as will exposure to multiple teams and departments.
Trainees will also have access to Learning & Talent Development courses,
with a specific curriculum in place to support the program.

Enjoy all that Denver has to offer by working in the heart
of Cherry Creek, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking
distance. Office amenities include:

When We Need You
The Trainee Program runs for 12 months, beginning in
September. Trainees work 40hrs/week, Monday through Friday, and are eligible
for all company holidays.
How You’ll Benefit
Compensation is offered at just over $14/hour, totaling
$30,000 at the close of the program. Trainees also receive our full benefits
package, which includes:
