Subway is now hiring EXPERIENCED Store Managers, Assistant Managers and crew for busy locations in Downtown Denver. All candidates should have relevant recent QSR management experience at a minimum. Subway Management experience is preferred. You should be customer service oriented while also being able to direct and manage a crew of 8-10 individuals effectively to ensure both front of the house and back of the house needs are attended to. You should be VERY familiar with all food handling safety procedures. You must have your own reliable transportation as a requirement for Assistant Manager positions.
Assistant Managers and Managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations including but not limited to training employees, enforcing company policy, maintaining consistently low food and labor costs per books, maximizing store sales, deliveries and weekly inventory, daily paperwork and daily deposits/change orders to the bank, marketing and promotional window changes, maintaining excellent customer service and service speeds, ensuring all store operational hours are met, store organization and cleanliness levels, sandwich making and food prep while following Subway's strict standards for food safety, cleanliness and customer service. Further, Managers are expected to handle any day to day operational problems which may arise keeping in mind that the decisions made must be in the best interests of the company and the franchise owners. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but is intended to give an overview of the position. Your duties are important to the franchise's success and if performed well will lead to growth within the company. This is not a sit at the desk sort of position.
