Branch/Location:  Duncan Family YMCA
Hours/Day Schedule: Early Mornings, Nights and Weekends
Pay Range:  $9.50 to $10.75 per hour depending on experience
Specific Requirements:  The Head Lifeguard will be responsible for assisting the Aquatic Director/Coordinator with daily operations of the aquatic department along with guarding the pool and assuring a safe and clean aquatic environment for members and guests.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
1.       18 years of age or older
2.       CPR-PR/AED, Oxygen Administration, and Standard First Aid or ability to obtain before hire.
3.       American Red Cross/YMCA Lifeguard certification or ability to obtain before hire.
4.       High customer relation skills
5.       Must be able to pass a swim skills test and written test.

Specific Requirements:  Deliver professional customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA.  The individual will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, attractive and fun aquatic facility for people of all abilities.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
1.       16 years of age or older
2.       CPR-PR/AED, Oxygen Administration, and Standard First Aid or ability to obtain before hire.
