Alfresco Greens is a self serve custom salad and wrap concept located at Auraria Campus. We are seeking qualified individuals for the positions of Assistant Manager and Production Crew.
The Assistant will be responsible for day to day paperwork, product preparation and rotation, following and enforcing strict food safety measures, supervision of evening and weekend staff, etc. This is not an all inclusive list but meant to describe the general dynamics of the position. The candidate selected will learn all aspects of the business from the bottom up. We require prior experience in a similar position and recent restaurant experience is required. This position pays up to $15.00 per hour for the right candidate. Other benefits include a free meal for each shift worked, grease free environment, reasonable hours, weekends/most major holidays off and a fun college atmosphere!

We are also looking for several part time employees able to work lunch and/or dinner hours Monday through Thursday 10 - 3 or 4 - 9. We seek individuals who are familiar with food prep in and proper food handling in a commercial restaurant environment. Relevant work experience of this type IS REQUIRED and you must be able to consistently follow directions exactly as they are given by the ownership and Management. Excellent customer service skills are required to be part of our team. You must be outgoing and unafraid to speak to our customers, explain the concept and suggestive sell. This is a core requirement for all positions with the company. As with any restaurant position, do not apply if you don't like to clean and keep a spotless work environment. Our location is small and it must be spotless at all times! Food prep positions pay $12.25per hour.
