Como cocinero, formarás parte del equipo que hace que esto suceda. La mayoría de su tiempo se gastarán ensamblar ensaladas, lanzando la masa de pizza o sándwiches de construcción pero también será interactuar con los clientes y ayudar a crear una gran experiencia gastronómica para cada uno de nuestros huéspedes.

Los detalles:
• Seguir recetas estandarizadas, cocina métodos, porción controles y empaquetado.
• Preparar adecuadamente todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar, de lavar y cortar hortalizas, pesaje, mezcla y medir ingredientes Pre-elaboración y rebanar carnes, aves y mariscos, antes del inicio de cada turno. 
• Leer orden resbalones, los alimentos o recibir instrucciones verbales sobre alimentos requeridos por invitado y preparar y cocinar los alimentos según las instrucciones.
• Mantener altos estándares en la preparación de alimentos y asumir la responsabilidad por la calidad y cantidad de productos sirve mientras trabajaba simultáneamente en varias órdenes diferentes.
• Puede operar equipo de cocina de gran volumen como parrillas, u hornos. 
• Conoce el uso adecuado y mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipo de cocina pertinentes. Está cómodo con multitarea y capaz de preparar con precisión múltiples pedidos de manera oportuna. 
• Prevenir eficazmente los cuellos de botella en la cocina. 
• Eficientemente lavar y mantener limpias platos, cristalería, cubiertos, bandejas, ollas y sartenes usar a lavavajillas o lavadora manualmente. 
• Coloque correctamente limpiar platos, utensilios y equipos de cocina en las áreas de almacenamiento. Asegurar las áreas de trabajo de cocina, equipos y herramientas estén limpios y en condiciones ordenadas. 
• Es capaz de aprender rápidamente, orientados a la seguridad, Cortés, organizada, servicio al cliente-enfocado y un gran jugador de equipo, orientado al detalle. 
• Cortar y preparar los ingredientes usando habilidades básicas cuchillo.

Our Restaurant Team is made up of Cashiers, Salad Makers, Line Cooks, Pizza Makers, Dishwashers and Prep Cooks.

What you'll do:
•Assemble and prepare food/ menu items according to Modern Market standards
•Learn recipe builds and dressing flavor profiles to make appropriate recommendations to guests
•Greet guests and provide exceptional guest experience
•Keep a clean and safe working environment adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
•Make sure your station is stocked, clean and organized
•Learn new menu items as they are added

What you need:
•Ability to understand customer requests as well as the ability to respond with appropriate actions
•Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
•Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout the shift
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during shift
•Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not a must
