Avid4 Adventure (www.Avid4.com), voted one of Outside Magazine's 2015 Best Places to Work, is currently hiring for the 2016 summer season. Colorado Mountain Camp is our resident camp nestled in the Colorado Rockies. Applicants must have significant experience with children grades 2nd-12th , a true passion for children of this age, and experience in some or all of the following activities: backpacking, hiking, biking, rock climbing, paddling, and extended backcountry trips. Instructors not only coach campers on technical outdoor skills but also live in cabins with campers and mentor them throughout their time at camp. The ideal candidates are ready to inspire youth to live active, outdoor lifestyles and are excited to lead a summer full of camp traditions, games, and fun!

What you need to know:

• Colorado Mountain Camp location: Bailey, CO.
• The summer season begins with staff training May 30th and runs until August 9th.
• Food and housing provided at Colorado Mountain Camp.
• We also have several day camp locations in Colorado and the Bay Area of California.

YMCA of the Rockies - Summer Positions - Granby

YMCA of the Rockies (Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain Ranch) in Granby, CO

Most of our jobs are seasonal (40 hours per week, from 4 to 8 months in length); and include meals, lodging, and pay (generally $180/week). Staff members must be at least 18 years old, and able to acceptably pass a background check. Most jobs are in housekeeping, food service, or family programming.

Estes Park center does have some off-grounds positions available that generally pay around $9/hour plus one meal per 5+ hour shift.
