Banquet Server: 

The Banquet Server will play a major role in ensuring a pleasant experience for DMNS guests who attend catered events and other group affairs involving food and beverage service. The Banquet Server will actively participate in the preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of catered functions. Their highest priorities will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining DMNS's standards for safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. 

This position has varied shifts. Employees select the shifts they are available to work. This is an extremely flexible position and can work around most work and school schedules.

Host: 

The Host is primarily responsible for providing outstanding guest service by accurately monitoring Museum access, ushering in the IMAX and Gates Planetarium theaters, and can include cashiering, data entry and school entrance greeting. The position will also provide guests with up-to-date information about the Museum, IMAX Theater, Gates Planetarium and Temporary Exhibits in a friendly and professional manner. 

This position may require evening, weekend and holiday availability.
