The case manager or participant can cancel the registration up until the day of training.  If the registration is not canceled prior to training the participant will be expected to be present and invoice will be billed.

The 1-day training is as follows: (One-Day Training format this month)

Part 1:   Two hour training from 9am-11am consists of introduction to the forklift, safety video, paperwork, etc.....

Part 2:  The second session will be from 11am - until.  The second portion consists of the "hands-on" operation of the vehicle.

Participants are required to attend part 1 & part 2 of the 1 day training in order to receive certification.  An OSHA Compliant Trainer conducts the training. Certification cards are valid for two calendar years. Participants 18 and over are eligible. A driver's license is not required to attend the training (but may be required by an employer).  To refer a participant, please email Thomas Trotman with:  name, program record number, and the referring case manager fax number (or e-mail).  You will receive an invoice within two business days after the referral is received.

Flagger Certification - TNT Construction Training - May 21st

T-N-T Construction Training will be holding a Flagger (Certified Traffic Control Specialist) Certification class on Saturday 5/21/16 (9am-1pm).

Starting wages for flaggers can range between $10-15 based on experience, location of the job, and the company.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. It is a necessary requirement that all flaggers be able to read and understand the “Flaggers Training Manual”, “Flaggers Reference Guide”, and the Flaggers Proficiency Exam in order to complete CDOT’s minimum training requirements and become a certified flagger. All materials will be provided by T-N-T Construction Training and the participants will be allowed to keep the “Flaggers Reference Guide”.

The cost of this certification training is $75.00 per participant.

Participants will also be given a current list of employers hiring certified flaggers.  The participant must present a photograph identification document issued by a governmental authority, i.e. driver’s license, state issued identification card, passport or military identification card.
