We are currently looking to hire an experienced line cook. Qualified candidates must be able to follow recipes, work and maintain a clean kitchen, be organized, have a sense of humor, ability to recognize what needs to be done without being told (i.e. prep, cleaning etc.), send food out in a timely manner and create good looking plates. We run a small crew at the restaurant and have a definite family feel here.

We are a locally owned restaurant and our menu focuses on Lowcountry, Southern and Carolina cooking.
