Line cook responsibilities include:
- Executing flawless high volume production
- Prepare and present food according to company standards and recipes
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products
- Maintaining sanitation standards on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Using production and temperature charts
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
