The Master's Apprentice program recruits young men 18-28 years old from under-resourced communities to participate in a 9 week intensive course that includes work ethic, construction math, financial literacy, career counseling and basic workshop skills. They are paid a stipend while attending the program and graduate with up to a $200 scholarship for the books and tools needed to enter formal trade apprentice programs. Students graduate with a complete personal portfolio including resumes, documents, and certificates needed to qualify with their future employer. The focus is to serve as a "pre-apprentice" bridge into the six specific trades of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, carpentry, and masonry. Learn more about us.
