COMPANY
Eclectic Activation, LLC is a high profile marketing and event management company working with clients such as the NBA, NHL, MLS and MLB. We are looking for individuals to immediately fill positions at the Dick's Sporting Goods Park for sporting events and concerts. 

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to staff local, outgoing and energetic people who are able to operate all aspects of a concessions stand and tend a bar. Our ideal candidate will have the desire to learn from the ground up all aspects of both front of house and back of house operations. We are looking for a diverse individual that can execute and manage our onsite operational needs. These include event set-up, handling cash, managing inventory, cooking, bartending, upselling, and overall concessions management.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 
Event set-up and breakdown
Maintaining a professional and clean workspace
Cashier/POS operation
Basic bartending and drink knowledge
Ability to use a jigger for correct drink proportions
Operating a fryer 
Basic food preparation and sale
Inventory and cash accountability
Upselling and other techniques to create a fun environment
Onsite coordination as it relates to the event
Inventory management & reporting
Professional appearance and attire are required

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Degree
• T.I.P.S or T.E.A.M certification is required **If applicant does not have required certification, Eclectic Activation will provide at no charge at the Pepsi Center on April 13 at 5:30pm.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Must have never been banned from working with Aramark
• Must be available on weekends and nights.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more.
• Maintain a well-kept appearance as well as conduct themselves in a professional manner.
• Able to get along with others and be a team-player.
• Able to foster and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to take directions and effectively follow the orders of their supervisor

COMPENSATION
$100 per event minimum.
